I have known Tony for 2 years and in the time he has enabled me to rehabilitate a damaged shoulder through a targeted program to strengthen muscles surrounding a rotator cuff and so avoid surgery. ‘Tony is by far the best personal trainer I have had. He personalized a program for me and would keep track of our exercises and progress then e-mail/text me a copy after each session. He has a genuine concern about his clients and even checked up on me! This was my favorite feat about Tony. I felt my healthiest and fittest when I was training with him. We would weigh in and measure every two weeks and we definitely saw results! His professionalism is top notch and his training sessions kicked my butt! They were serious but also fun! ‘This is a long overdue review for Tony.  Tony is the best!!  I hadn’t been to a gym in almost 20 years.  I was totally out of shape, had bad knees and was completely intimidated to set foot in a gym. The first time I met him he immediately set me at ease. He came up with a plan that was so tailored to my needs and ability that I found myself actually enjoying working out!  He is super patient and extremely knowledgeable.  He really listens to your goals and works with physical challenges.  His routine is never the same.  He knows just how far to push to achieve results (and find muscles you never knew you had!)Tony is very personable and fun which makes for entertaining workouts (especially when it starts to burn!)  He keeps me motivated.  I have been a client of his for almost 2 years.  He is the reason I still go to the gym.   I have not had a cortisone shot in my knees in almost a year and a half and I completely attribute that to Tony.  If you are looking for someone to help you get in shape and push you to succeed, Tony is your trainer!’

‘I have had several personal trainers over the years and Tony is by far and away the best one yet! He completely tailors the workout for you and your needs. I actually hate working out and exercise in general but Tony made it fun and enjoyable to the point where I actually looked forward to our sessions together. I originally hired Tony because I was getting married and I wanted to be in good shape for the big day. I thought I would only use him until the wedding came around but I am still training with Tony over a year after the wedding. He constantly pushed me to do more because he had faith that I could achieve it and thus he made me believe in myself as well. ‘While Tony ultimately became a good friend of mine, he still continued to push and encourage me as he knew what my goals were. He was always prepared with a new workout for each day, but also let me have some input too in case I wanted to focus on a certain area or even avoid an area for specific reasons (i.e. I refused to do legs 1-2 days before hitting the slopes in Tahoe, or when I had hand surgery and could only do legs).  Since I had never been taught the right way to lift weights, Tony was certain to be attentive and great at correcting my form so I could get the best output.  Tony always took my sessions seriously, but also made sure to keep them lively and never shy of good humor.  Laughing helps the abs, right?!?!  He was also very reliable, punctual, and flexible when my schedule needed it. With Tony’s help, I was able to reach one of my goals and join my brother for Tahoe Tough Mudder.  Back at 267 lbs., I would have never thought that was something I could accomplish.  These obstacle runs might be easy for some, but for me, it was something to reach for.  Let’s just say that three Tough Mudders later, I can proudly say that I am in better shape than when I graduated high school 18 years ago.  I know many people can do it on their own, but for me, the support, accountability, and strong encouragement I received from Tony was instrumental.’

‘My name is Ashley and have always been a health and fitness lover. I grew up in a very active household and played a few sports growing up. I played softball in high school and went to to play in college as well. I was always used to pushing myself physically in the gym for the demands of my sport. During my senior year of college I developed a serious eating disorder and my life was turned upside down. Everything I ever knew to be true about health and fitness suddenly didn’t matter. I was consumed with thoughts that revolved around calorie counting and how I could burn more calories. My once very healthy lifestyle snowballed into a restrictive and isolating period. After getting back to my healthy weight and living life free of disordered behaviors, I met my husband, Craig. Fast forward to just after our first wedding anniversary – I find out I’m pregnant with our first child. I worked out just about every day during my pregnancy, and even did so on the day I gave birth. Despite maintaining a workout routine and healthy eating, I put on 43 pounds of pregnancy weight. I was terrified that I would never get my fit body back after our daughter was born. I knew I wanted a little extra motivation to help me lose the weight, because I’ve never had to try and lose weight before, let alone 43 pounds. I started working with Tony around 6 weeks postpartum. We worked together for about 3 months or so. He kicked my butt everyday and was always so positive. I loved that I was never bored with our workouts because Tony was always switching things up for me. Tony has so much knowledge about fitness and nutrition that he is so willing to share. He made me laugh through every workout, even though my muscles were crying. He strikes the perfect balance between being your cheerleader and knowing when you can push to do more. It’s quite obvious that fitness is Tony’s passion and you can see how much he likes to better others. With Tony’s help I have gotten back to my pre-baby weight. I feel stronger than I have in a long time and I’m not afraid to lift heavy. Tony will be seeing me again after baby number two joins our family in the future. I cannot thank him enough for showing me that I can achieve anything with hard work and dedication.’

‘I watched Tony train clients including some of my friends, for the past few years and I have decided to start my journey with him 2017. I lost my drive to work out and needed to get back on track. Walking into this I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. Tony and I sat down and went over everything. He was willing to work with me during this time. My doctors wanted me to work out, at least 30 minutes every day. Through my chemo battles Tony supported me. He understood. He pushed me to go beyond my stop Point without giving up. It’s very hard to find a trainer that can work with you while you are going through chemotherapy. As much as I wanted not to work out I needed to. Tony encourages you and keeps you positive. I’m looking forward to getting through the end of my chemo and coming out even stronger. The goal for this round was to stay strong and start to build up endurance. As I move on to my second phase of cancer, we are going to build my strength back up. I highly recommend Tony for any type of training. He’s very encouraging supporting and he’s willing to work with you if you’re willing to work with him.’
